• Burner jets are located along the sides of the recessed hearth, preventing the jets from becoming clogged with grease, ashes, soot, or food, extending the useful life of the charbroiler
• Grease mixes with the hearth to create ashes that are easily swept away, reducing clean-up time and avoiding messy grease trays
• FLARETROL system temporarily cools hearth bricks to control flare-ups
