• With its 13" knife and 1/2 hp knife motor, this Berkel X13AE-PLUS automatic gravity feed slicer is perfect for applications that require near-constant meat and cheese slicing per day!
• It has an automatic carriage design to automate the slicing process, taking some of the work off your employees and making it a great investment for high-volume delis, markets, grocery stores, and restaurants that do a lot of slicing.
• The 13" hardened, forged stainless steel knife is great for a variety of slicing applications.
• The slice thickness can be adjusted up to 1 5/16" to allow for fine cuts or thicker slices. A 1/2 hp motor delivers the power needed to tackle constant slicing.
