Product Features

• A small mixer, designed for continued flexibility and streamlined operations. Ease of operation is critical in a mixer, because complexity makes it virtually impossible to achieve the mixing consistency that chefs need.
• The Hobart N50 has a three-speed transmission ,with the shift handle located next to the large On/Off switch. The operator simply picks the speed the mix calls for and activates the On switch.
• Ideal for operations of all sizes that are invested in reliability and consistency. Standard equipment on the Hobart N50 includes the stainless steel 5-quart bowl, a “B” flat beater, a “D” wire whip and an “E” dough hook. All Hobart mixers are designed for long-term use under demanding conditions.
