Product Features

• The Hobart AM16T-BAS-4 Tall 27 Inch Opening High Temp Sanitizing Door Style Dishwasher Single Tank 480 Volts 3 Phase features a Sense-A-Temp booster heater (70 degree F rise) that will wash up to 60 racks of dishes, glassware, or utensils per hour and it is NSF rated for pots and pans as well.
• This dishwasher can be installed as a straight-through or corner unit.
• This Tall chamber model has a 27" door opening with a 3-sided hood that will accommodate 18" x 26" sheet pans or a 60-quart mixing bowl.
• The machine operates at 0.67 gallons of water per rack with X-shaped revolving, interchangeable upper and lower anti-clogging wash arms, and a 10 1/2 gallon wash tank.
